To get registered, please send us an email with information about your name, institution, and status to the workshop email:

If you would like to contribute, please send an abstract of your work to the workshop email, following the instructions below.

Abstract Submission

The deadline for abstract submission is October 31, 2024!

1. Download the Abstract template: link
2. Prepare your abstract in DOC(X) file format.
3. Save your abstract file under the name: Author Surname.doc(x).
4. The maximum length of the (extended) abstract is two A4-size pages.
5. Send your abstract to the email address: [email protected]
6. Please mention your participation format (on-site or online) and your presentation preference (oral or poster) in the email.

Workshop Fee Information

There is no workshop fee, but a regular participant (except plenary and invited speakers) is kindly asked to pay 100 zl for the workshop dinner on November 15th, 2024.

The payment can be made at the registration desk.
